DIEGO’S TIPS
This is going to be super quenching and healing which is why it is excellent for recovery after two situations. One is when we expose our skin to sun, heat, and water which often involves salt ocean water which dries us out, or pool water which often has chemicals that dry and compromise our skin barrier. The other one is when we go to extreme cold or snow, or even just hiking because the high altitude of a mountain setting causes a dry environment, which will stress and dry out our skin. Also sometimes the skin on my body just needs an extra quenching boost before my body balm, and this is an excellent addition, especially if you have dry arms or legs and you want to improve skin texture beyond hydration. I always apply
this, let it soak in for a couple of minutes and then apply my moisturizer or balm.
