Apply morning and night after cleansing, toning and applying Elixir or Serum Concentrate, but before you apply your facial moisturizer. Use your ring finger to dot from the inside upper part of your nose, outwards to the side of your eyes, and along your upper eye lid just below your eyebrows. Smooth gently with a slight outward and upward movement.
